Lindsay Lohan Back From India, Doing Good Deeds

After myriad tales of Lindsay Lohan being a train wreck, Lindsay Lohan's career going down in flames, Lindsay Lohan's father being insane, and every guy/girl in L.A. seeing Lindsay Lohan nude, we're happy to report a positive story about her!

Lohan returned to the U.S. from India Saturday. There, she visited the country's most impoverished areas to film a documentary about human trafficking.

"Lindsay is home from India now. I am so proud of her for going," Dina Lohan said Sunday of her eldest daughter, who arrived at LAX Airport Saturday.

The 23-year-old visited the Sanlaap women's and children's shelter outside Calcutta, which houses female victims of trafficking and other forms of exploitation.

The troubled star and desperate muse spent about hours with residents and watched performances by children, donning traditional Indian clothing.

Lindsay Lohan also visited hospitals to give gifts to sick children.

The actress traveled around India with a camera crew from the BBC and her friend, stylist Patrick Aufdenkamp, who Tweeted, "Can't wait for everyone to see the documentary of [Lindsay] with the incredibly brave children we met."

Lohan herself took to Twitter to say that visiting India was "the most amazing time of my life," she wrote. "Focusing on celebrities and lies is so disconcerting, when we can change the world one child at a time.... hope everyone can see that."

We can't believe we're saying it, but good job Lindsay!

Chris Brown Says Stores

Chris Brown, in the midst of a major comeback effort after spending most of 2009 dealing with the fallout from his assault on Rihanna, just released Graffiti.

You'd think this (and his 20/20 interview) would be the first major step toward closing the book on the grisly incident, but Brown says it's still haunting him.

He isn't happy with the distribution of his new album, and threw a temper tantrum on Twitter over the weekend regarding retailers refusing to carry the CD.

"Major stores blackballing my CD. Not stockin the shelves, lying to customers. What the f%*k do i gotta do," the singer said. "The industry can kiss my a$$."

Okay then.

Chris Brown is telling us how he really feels.

Lest we believe he was kidding or just caught up in the moment: "WTF... yeah i said it and i aint retracting sh!t and im not biting my tongue about sh!t else."

And finally, this message to the haters in the Twitterverse: "for those people who r constantly tweeting me wit bullsh!t.. hop off my ****.. ur life is pointless.

Despite his complaints, Brown's album was expected to sell about 100,000 copies by the time this week's Billboard chart is published, trailing only the second Glee music soundtrack and British sensation Susan Boyle's I Dreamed a Dream.

Perhaps he should go back to anger management counseling.

Heidi Montag Pens Love Poem to Spencer Pratt

A woman of zero many talents, Heidi Montag now fashions herself a writer.

The Hills star recently penned a poem for her husband, Spencer Pratt, and - surprise, surprise! - she wants the whole world to read her expression of love.

"Here is a poem I wrote for my hubby Spencer [Pratt]," she Twittered.

In the untitled prose, Heidi writes about their "flawless lives" and how she has "no more anxiety or stress" because "all that matters" in this world is him.

Spencer and Heidi: the embodiment of true love.

You may vomit on cue. But if it's this or her giving interviews about him making her orgasm all day long ... maybe we can stomach the poem a little better.

According to reports, Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom is engaged to his model girlfriend Miranda Kerr. No, for real, this time he supposedly is.

Reports say he popped the question while on vacation in Morocco. They reportedly got engaged in May, too, but that was bogus. Is this time the real deal?

He and the Victoria's Secret model have been dating for nearly three years. According to OK!, the brother of Miranda Kerr confirmed the news, saying:

"He's finally done it. Orlando proposed. They're getting married.”

Well, that's good enough for us! The pair, who've been denying rumors of wedding bells for months, are reportedly planning to tie the knot next summer.

Congratulations if it's true! And we totally hope it is!

Report: Elin Woods to Divorce Tiger After Holidays

Elin Nordegren Woods, the scorned wife of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods, has decided to leave him after Christmas and is talking with a divorce lawyer.

That's according to largely un-sourced tabloid reports coming out of the UK, and has not been confirmed by either Woods. But would you blame her?

Sources say Elin wants the holiday season to appear normal for the couple's two children, Sam and Charlie, but will separate from Tiger shortly after.

Despite reports that Elin Woods moved out and is already back in her native Sweden, she remains in Central Florida with the two kids as of this posting.

Elin is said not to be in a huge rush to file divorce papers and that money is not a prime concern. Nor should it be, she'll be getting plenty regardless.

"I'll be taking the kids and a few hundred million, thanks."

The revelation of Tiger Woods' long list of mistresses caught her completely off guard and it’s a "raw" situation, according to friends of Elin Nordegren.

Amazing as it seems, Elin supposedly had no idea Tiger was cheating and the stress of the situation has caused her emotional and physical stress.

Unconfirmed rumors are also circulating that Tiger is still in touch with mistress Rachel Uchitel, the first of Tiger's many affairs to be publicly identified.

It also appears that Tiger, who just announced an indefinite break from golf, is in some type of counseling after Elin angrily insisted he see a therapist.

Will she stay with him? Should she stay with him? No matter how lucrative he makes the prenup, it's hard to imagine her giving him a second chance.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar Welcome Baby #19!

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar of TLC's now-inaccurately-named 18 Kids and Counting, gave birth to baby #19 last night after being rushed to the emergency room.

A rep from TLC confirmed today that "Michelle Duggar, who has been in the hospital recovering from a gallstone, was taken to the OR for an emergency c-section."

No. 19 wasn't due until Spring, but at 6:27 p.m. yesterday, Michelle and Jim Bob welcomed new daughter Josie Brooklyn ... who weighed in at just 1 lb., 6 oz.

Not only is Josie the youngest of the Arkansas family's children, but she's officially younger than her own niece, Mackynzie, the first Grandduggar born in October!

MAKE THAT 19: The Duggar family just got bigger!

Sources say Michelle is resting comfortably and that the baby is "stable" in the neonatal intensive care unit at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

"The most important thing is for Mom and baby Josie to rest," TLC's rep said. "The family is grateful for all the prayers and well wishes during their recovery."

Congratulations to the new parents and Josie's 18 siblings! Here's wishing Michelle and Josie a full, speedy recovery after a joyous but traumatic experience.

Popping Off: Miley Cyrus Aims for New Sound

First, she bashed the heck out of the Twilight Saga.

Then, she got denied from a 21-and-over club.

In both recent instances, the gist was the same: Miley Cyrus doesn't see herself as a typical 17-year old. She wants to be older, more mature, edgier.

Along those lines, Cyrus told British TV show GMTV this week that she wants to leave the pop music world behind.

"I want to do my last pop record, I'm working on a record right now. I kinda want... something edgier and not have to worry about people saying, 'Oh, this isn't what her fans want to listen to.' Because in a few years, as I grow up, so will my fans and I won't have to focus on that as much and I'll be able to have more of the sound of music that I'm into."

Last month, Miley admitted she had never heard a Jay Z song. So it makes sense she'd wanna branch out and give the world of country or adult contemporary a shot. But will her fans follow her there?

Only time, and album sales, will tell.

When Barack Obama took office in January, who would have guessed that a blonde beauty queen would create more diversion between Republicans and Democrats than the nation's first African-American President?

But after Prejean took her stance on "opposite marriage" on April 19, all heck broke loose. Perez Hilton called her a "bitch," Carrie claimed she lost the Miss USA title due to her opinion, and every conservative alive chose this woman as their cause's role model.

She was discriminated due to her beliefs, they cried! She's a poor, defenseless, targeted Christian, they insisted!

After all, God was testing Prejean and while she passed, the rest of society failed. So said Carrie's supporters.

They stuck by her through rumors of a boob job; through blatant lies over topless photos; and through the eventual loss of her Miss California crown after Donald Trump grew sick of Carrie's act.

But Prejean continued to play the role of victim, even though her religion is the most popular in the country and even though her stance on gay marriage is agreed upon by a majority of voters. That wasn't enough. She was wronged dammit!

And you know who will pay for those wrongs, don't you? The consumers that actually bought Prejean's memoir, which recounted her harrowing story in detail. It's a nightmare many of us still can't awake from.

Jason and Melai’s love story officially begins :: Pinoy Big Brother Double Up

Last Saturday night, Jason’s first ever date with Melai finally pushed through. Fortunately, Big Brother provided another chance for Jason to spend quality time with the young lady he adores. Together with 3 other male housemates, Jason jumped over the wall to get in House B and purposely abduct Melai for a rather astonishing surprise.

At first, Melai was completely terrified with the intruders’ presence, but upon realizing that Jason and a fancy picnic were waiting for her at the garden, she somehow grew light-hearted. And just as expected, the reunion triggered once again the nonchalant performance of the two’s marital antic.
While munching over their prepared snack, Jason and Melai finally started catching up; and in an instant, their comical get-together finally evolved into a serious heart-to-heart confrontation. Since he was fully aware that their date was in fact time-bound, Jason decided to cut the chase short and go about his true purpose for the said visit. Insistently, he fished for Melai’s true feelings towards him; and upon getting the answer—which was a big “yes, I like you”—Jason finally took courage on admitting his true emotions as well.
It was in fact a fruitful night for the love birds; and to make it more special, the two decided to end their date with a romantic kiss. At first, Jason had planned to do it Spiderman-style as he dangle at the rope he would use for his grand exit; but upon realizing how hard it was, he just got contented with a simple peck on Melai’s cheek before dragging himself up the rope and into the other side of the wall.
